I was born and raised in Hong Kong, where I found my love for the arts when I was young. My parents, both opera and theatre fans, introduced me to classics such as Les Misérables, Simon and Garfunkel, and Waiting for Godot, among many others. Years later, I studied Drama during my GCSEs, then Film at a Higher Level for my International Baccalaureate.

In late 2020, my family and I moved to the UK to attend university at Lancaster. In my time there, I worked on a myriad of independent and group projects in film and theatre which I go into more detail in my portfolio pages. These have only continued to fuel my love and enthusiasm for art!

An image of Victoria Drave, though their face is covered by their Nikon camera. They are against a plain background with both their hands holding the camera's shutter and lens. They are taking a photo of the cameraperson.

Outside my studies, I steadily developed hobbies like embroidery, papercraft, music, and baking. I find it incredibly satisfying to appreciate the little things and truly pay attention to the world around me through stories, interactive art, and sensorial experiences. I continually work towards creative enrichment through multiple outlets! I have grown to become an all-rounded, compassionate, and reliable person, who always takes chances to learn more, improve, and help others.

I graduated with a First in Film and Theatre in 2023, and have since sought work in HETV, Film and Theatre in and around South Wales, working on projects like a Trainee Scenic Artist work placement with Bay Productions while they worked on Hello Dolly, at the London Palladium, or being a Contracted Painter and Shopfitter with Lone Design Club for the launch of their Pop-up Store in St David's Shopping Centre, Cardiff. My body of work only continues to expand!
